PURCHASES FROM STUARTWEITZMAN.COM

Our goal is to make repairs as easy as possible for you. We are happy to attempt to repair any item with manufacturing defects in materials for a period of 12 months after the date of your purchase from stuartweitzman.com or at a SW boutique. We cannot guarantee the availability of original parts. Any issues that are a result of damage or normal wear and tear such as dirt, scuff marks, rips or scratches cannot be repaired.

For repair authorization, please email service@stuartweitzman.com with the following information: name, order number, date of purchase, shipping address, a description of the damage and photos of the damage.

We do not reimburse the cost of shipping the item to Stuart Weitzman.

Repairs may take up to 8 weeks to complete.

PURCHASES FROM EXTERNAL VENDORS

Please contact the original place of purchase directly for all repair inquiries. We are unable to repair any items not purchased from stuartweitzman.com or from a SW store.
