Our goal is to make repairs as easy as possible for you. We are happy to attempt to repair any item with manufacturing defects in materials for a period of 12 months after the date of your purchase from or at a SW boutique. We cannot guarantee the availability of original parts. Any issues that are a result of damage or normal wear and tear such as dirt, scuff marks, rips or scratches cannot be repaired.

For repair authorization, please email with the following information: name, order number, date of purchase, shipping address, a description of the damage and photos of the damage.

We do not reimburse the cost of shipping the item to Stuart Weitzman.

Repairs may take up to 8 weeks to complete.


Please contact the original place of purchase directly for all repair inquiries. We are unable to repair any items not purchased from or from a SW store.
