We want you to love your Stuart Weitzman purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please promptly return it for refund/credit within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear in clean, carpeted areas. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Upon request, stuartweitzman.com prices will be honored in store.

We accept returns with receipt on all full-price and sale merchandise in stores within 14 days of receipt.

We accept returns with receipt on all SW Outlet merchandise in SW Outlet stores within 14 days of receipt.

ONLINE FULL-PRICE & SALE PURCHASES

For a refund, please return all full-price and sale merchandise in stores or by mail to our distribution center within 14 days of receipt.

ONLINE SW OUTLET PURCHASES

For a refund, please return all SW Outlet merchandise in our SW Outlet stores or by mail to our distribution center within 14 days of receipt.

Receipt must be present upon return. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds in stores for orders paid through PayPal, Klarna or Apple Pay.
