Standard Ground Shipping: Free on U.S. orders, excluding SW Outlet orders and orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Estimated arrival: 5-7 business days. Orders will be shipped standard ground transportation. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

US-based customers can return unworn merchandise* for a refund or exchange within 14 days. We offer the option to return or exchange online or in one of our Stuart Weitzman retail locations. We partner with Happy Returns to offer safe, contactless, and sustainable online returns and exchanges. With over 2,600 drop-off locations nationwide, Happy Returns makes returns easy. 

To drop off your return or exchange:

1. Start your return here and choose the “Return Bar” option.
2. Receive a QR code via email for no-contact drop off.
3. Drop off your merchandise in their original packaging at your closest Happy Returns Return Bar.
4. Your refund will be initiated immediately, or your exchange will be mailed, free of charge.
5. Your styles are then shipped back to our warehouses in reusable packaging for a more sustainable process from start to finish.

 

To mail your return or exchange:

1. Start your return here and choose the “Mail” option.
2. Print the pre-paid shipping label and attach to a shipping box.
3. Mail your unworn merchandise back via UPS Office within 14 days.
4. It may take up to 3 weeks to process your return, and you’ll receive a notification if your return is approved. If items selected for exchange sell out, you will be issued a refund.
5. Be sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can track your return. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.

*There is no additional shipping cost for an exchanged item. Exchanges can be made for the same item or a different color item within the same product group for equal or lower price. Lower priced items will not receive a refund of the difference. If a promo code was used on the original item purchased, it will be honored on the exchanged item. We cannot process exchanges for other styles. We recommend submitting a return for a refund so you can place a new order for the item you want. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Stuart Weitzman is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise if mailing themselves. Merchandise must be returned in their original packaging. Original shipping charges are not refundable. As of January 4, 2023, Happy Returns is implementing a return limit of 9 items per return. Any returns with 10 or more items will need to be mailed in or split into separate returns.

*As of June 14, 2023, returns that have not been dropped off or shipped within 14 days will automatically expire.

*As of April 2nd, 2024, due to size restrictions enforced by Happy Returns, we are unable to offer return bar drop off returns for certain oversized items whose boxes are larger than 20"x16". Orders that contain items that exceed this size threshold will need to be mailed in to complete a return. We apologize for any inconvenience.
