About Our Trunk Show

HOW OFTEN DO TRUNK SHOWS TAKE PLACE?

The SW Trunk Show is a unique experience that takes place once a season.
It’s exclusively available at Stuart Weitzman, making it the only place in the world to order the
Fall 2021 Collection in 18 sizes and narrow, medium and wide widths. This is your unique
opportunity to pick out next season's styles and order them in your custom size,
as well as the colors and materials of your choice.

HOW DO I SHOP THE TRUNK SHOW?

You have two options: First, join us at an in-store event available at select boutiques,
or schedule a virtual private styling appointment to shop with an SW Stylist.

ARE TRUNK SHOW PURCHASES FINAL SALE?

Yes, due to the nature of the customized shoes, which will be crafted in Spain
by our artisans upon completion of the order, all Trunk Show purchases are final sale
and cannot be returned, exchanged or adjusted in any way.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

You have until 5.3.2021 to cancel or make changes to your order.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate cancelations after that.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE MY PURCHASE?

Note that after 5.3.2021, all purchases are final sale and cannot be returned,
exchanged or adjusted in any way. Should you have any concerns regarding your Trunk Show orders,
please contact the boutique where you placed your in-person or virtual order.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY TRUNK SHOW ORDER?

You will be charged at the time of purchase.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM(S) ARRIVE? WILL I BE NOTIFIED, AND HOW?

Items purchased during our Trunk Show are set to ship by mid-September,
so you have them in time for the fall season. Please inform your SW Stylist if you would like
to be notified when your order is shipped. Then, enjoy your new shoes!
