STUART WEITZMAN CELEBRATES PRIDE MONTH

Colorful. Joyful. Powerful.

Driven by our Purpose of celebrating inner strength, Stuart Weitzman is celebrating Pride Month with the launch of our annual limited-edition Pride Capsule Collection. With this release, we are also proud to announce our continued partnership with the It Gets Better Project, a non-profit dedicated to uplifting and connecting LGBTQ+ youth around the globe, made possible by a donation on behalf of Stuart Weitzman by the Tapestry Foundation. This social impact partnership marks our commitment to partnering with organizations aligned with our Purpose.

Our donation will support three It Gets Better Project initiatives: First, storytelling and media with a focus on developing new content series and content for TikTok, Twitch and more to expand reach and resources for LGBTQ+ youth; second, education through its education program, It Gets Better EDU, and growing its youth ambassador program, Youth Voices, both of which bring content, educational guides, resources and glossary to classrooms, community centers and more; and finally, globally with the expansion of the It Gets Better Project’s Global Affiliate Network into the Latin America region with the translation of the organization’s programs into the Spanish language.

Concepted by Global Head of Design Edmundo Castillo and SVP, Global Merchandising Peter Nichols, our new limited-edition capsule collection is a celebration of Pride and inner strength. The capsule debuts two unapologetically glam silhouettes, each crafted from metallic leather and offered in up to size 13.

They include the bold color-block NUDIST 95 WEDGE, a design that incorporates the colors of the Pride flag, available exclusively in our Soho boutique; and the SKYHIGH 145 PLATFORM SANDAL featuring a dramatic 145-mm block heel and offered in 3 shades: Metallic red, metallic orange and metallic blue. Available exclusively on stuartweitzman.com and in select Stuart Weitzman boutiques, this look delivers a sneak peek of our new SKYHIGH platform design launching in Fall 2022.
