In celebration of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month this March, Stuart Weitzman is thrilled to take an exciting step in supporting women’s equality around the world with the announcement of our new philanthropic partnership with Vital Voices Global Partnership.
Stuart Weitzman is dedicated to celebrating Strength in Femininity and empowering women to conquer every day on their own terms, one step forward at a time. This goal is shared by Vital Voices Global Partnership, a non-profit organization that invests in emerging women leaders around the world who use their voices to bring their bold visions for social change to life.
We are thrilled to help them achieve their mission through a donation, which includes a $100,000 grant from the Coach Foundation on behalf of Stuart Weitzman.
The Impact of the Partnership
SUPPORT EMERGING WOMEN LEADERS
Our donation will go directly towards investing in the Vital Voices’ Leadership and Global Activation Network. Specifically, the grant money donated by Stuart Weitzman through the Coach Foundation will fund individualized investments for up to 10 for women who take bold steps to drive change in their communities. This additional funding will help the grant recipients raise awareness for their social causes and scale their impact.
PROVIDE FUNDING FOR VITAL VOICES
Our grant will also enable Vital Voices, a non-profit organization, to continue their support for women leaders around the world, of which they’ve supported over 18,000 women changemakers in the past two decades.
CREATE MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Our support of Vital Voices will help facilitate leadership training for grant recipients, which includes receiving valuable advice and expertise from top executives in order to execute their bold ideas and bold actions.
