How We Are Stepping Up for Our Community
Our parent company Tapestry, through the Coach Foundation, has committed $2 million to support NYC’s Small Business Continuity Fund for businesses affected by COVID-19. This financial support will go towards helping small, independent businesses get back on their feet.
Tapestry has donated 15,000 masks to hospitals in New York, the United Kingdom and Spain to protect medical workers on the frontlines. The company has also committed to match donations by its employees in North America to support COVID-19 relief efforts.
Tapestry, through the Coach Foundation, has committed $200,000 to support COVID-19 frontline assistance charities in the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, France, and Germany selected by Tapestry’s European employees. The company has also committed $200,000 to the CFDA’s A Common Thread COVID response and $50,000 to the British Fashion Council COVID response through the Foundation’s Fund at CAF America.
During this challenging time, we are proud to stand together to lift up our global community.

An Update on Our U.S. Distribution Center
You can still get the shoes you want in your size as we continue to accept orders on our site. Please note that shipping is delayed while we proactively focus on the health and safety of our employees and partners by adhering to all recommended sanitation and social distancing guidelines.
While we are currently unable to accept returns, we will extend our return policy to accommodate any inconvenience this may cause.
We thank you for your patience as we navigate this challenging time.

An Update on Our North America & Europe Retail Stores
Given the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, we have decided to temporarily close all Stuart Weitzman boutiques in the United States, Canada and Europe to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and the general public, effective at least until April 24th.
We are actively following the latest guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and local governments, and will continue to reassess the situation and provide updates on store opening hours here.
We are committed to taking care of our SW family, as such employees at these locations will continue to receive pay and benefits during this temporary closure.
While we will miss seeing you in our boutiques, we are still available online 24/7 at www.stuartweitzman.com.
