    We are now offering store pickup for online orders at select locations. Refer to our frequently asked questions below for more information.

    Q: How long will it take for my order to be ready for pickup?

    A: We typically have orders ready in 2 business days. You will be notified via email when your order has shipped to your boutique. Please check your email as it will automatically update when your order is delivered and ready for pickup.

    Q: How do I know I can buy online and pick up in store in my local boutique?

    A: If your local boutique is eligible, you will see an option for store pickup in the Shipping step when you check out on Select that option and a dropdown will display a complete list of locations participating at this time.

    Q: Can I ship to a store not on the list?

    A: No, we only offer online order pickup at select locations at this time. However, we encourage you to contact your local boutique for additional shopping options, including virtual appointments with complimentary shipping and returns, curbside pickup and more.     Q: Do I pay when I get to the boutique?

    A: No, we captured your payment at the time of your online order.

    Q: Do I need to bring anything with me?

    A: You will need to bring a valid ID, such as a driver’s license, for proof of identity.

    Q: Can I try on my order while I am in the boutique?

    A: Absolutely — and you are invited to do so. All of our boutiques are following new procedures and protocols for the safest, most comfortable in-store experience.

    Q: What if I want to return my order? Can I do that in store?

    A: You may return any full-price order at your boutique. However, Sale items remain final sale.

    Q: I no longer want my order or I cannot pick it up. How do I cancel it?

    A: As we strive to prepare all orders quickly, we are unable to cancel any order after it has been placed. However, our SW Stylists in your boutique will be happy to assist with your order at the time of pickup. Please keep in mind that Sale items are still final sale.

    Q: How long do I have to pick up my order? 

    A: Once your order is ready for pickup at your boutique, you have 7 days to pick it up. Any orders not picked up within this timeframe will be returned. Should you need more time to pick up your order, please contact your boutique directly. Contact details can be found on your order confirmation.
