Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
· Answer calls professionally and route them to the appropriate party
· Process customer purchases and returns in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring the highest level of service is given to each client
· Obtain accurate customer information to be entered into the company database
· Answer customer questions and provide information on procedures or policies
· Bag, box or gift wrap purchases as needed with each transaction
· Assist sales team with merchandise location, shoe checks and paperwork during high traffic times
· Maintain a neat and orderly cash wrap in accordance with company standard
· Ensure organization of merchandise displayed at the cash wrap
· Follow all company policy and procedures relating to the processing of customer purchases and refunds
· Communicate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager regarding change needs and other cash related concerns
· Prepare store for opening and closing by preparing cash and POS functions
· Complete all necessary documentation related to Refund Check Requests
· Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with processing transactions relating to sale, trunk shows and other special events
· Respond to requests from Accounting Office regarding closing documents, customer receipts, charge backs and other related requests
· Maintain supply of catalogs, shopping bags, tissue and other related cash wrap related items
