 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Strategy

·          Ensure sales plans are met

·          Support sales team to drive sales by modeling and delivering exceptional customer service

·          Ensure all sales associates maintain and utilize client book to proactively drive business

·          Embrace and instill a "customer comes first" environment to consistently exceed customer expectations

·          Maintain accurate customer repair records and ensure completion in a timely manner

·          Review store environment and key business indicators to identify challenges, concerns and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching and direction to the sales associates

·          Comply with company established service standards

·          Communicate and track store sales goals making adjustments where necessary


Team Building/Recruitment

·          Develop and contribute to a positive team environment

·          Provide ongoing product and systems training to all associates

·          Lead store meetings, conduct monthly employee one-on-ones and annual performance reviews

·          Manage and motivate associates to achieve sales goals

·          Ensure participation in Rewards and Recognition Program

·          Plan, identify, communicate and delegate appropriate responsibilities and practices to store associates

·          Responsible for overall recruitment and training/development

·          Work with Regional Manager regarding performance management

·          Mentor and develop key performers to be ready for advancement




·          Ensure store is opened and closed on time and in accordance with center or company directive

·          Ensure accuracy and frequency of store deposits in accordance with company policy

·          Maintain accurate records regarding petty cash reimbursements

·          Ensure appropriate store scheduling to meet the needs of the business

·          Ensure policies and procedures are being followed

·          Maximize store events

·          Monitor accuracy of inventory

·          Provide relevant feedback to corporate office regarding merchandise needs, personnel issues, store maintenance needs, etc

·          Develop strategic operational plans for the staff, manage execution and measure results

·          Use all operational tools to plan for and achieve operational excellence (EZLabor, RetailPro Reports)

·          Support and adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding the safekeeping of company assets and property

·          Oversee and ensure stockroom cleanliness and organization

·          Ensure standards are maintained for store cleanliness and merchandise display

·          Implement window and in-store displays as outlined by directive

·          Follow company guidelines for event preparation and set up

·          Assist Stock Associate with receiving, stocking and displaying new merchandise

·          Communicate with Regional Manager and Merchandise Manager regarding inventory stock levels and assortment

·          Proven ability to develop, motivate and lead teams with a consistently positive in-store presence

·          Ability to lead by example and be a self starter

·          Strong interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with staff

·          Willing to work in and promote a team oriented environment

·          Considerable proven knowledge of retail systems, HR practices and retail operations

·          Minimum of 2 years experience of retail store management – preferably in a luxury environment

Return Procedures

Your package will contain a detailed return form or packing slip with instructions. This form is required for us to process your return.

If you choose to use a return label sent from us, no postage is required. PRINT OUT A RETURN LABEL HERE.

In the event that an online purchase does not meet your expectations, we accept returns at our warehouse and at our Stuart Weitzman stores. Items must be unworn and unused, and include all tags, parts, and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear in carpeted areas.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.
